FOH Columbus Cafe Papamoa

We have an exciting opportunity to join our new Columbus Cafe at the New MEGA Papamoa.

We are looking for a full time superstar Barista / FOH that has managed staff. 

We are looking for an experienced passionate hospitality star who are keen to join the team at Columbus MEGA Papamoa as the barista/FOH positions on Sun/Mon or Sat/Mon.

Our people are full of personality, work hard, and most of all enjoy coming to work in a high energy, friendly team!

The successful person will:

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced cafe Front of House. 
• Have pretty slick cafe and customer service skills
• Be keen and willing to learn our way of making coffee
• Love talking to customers about anything and everything
• Come in every day with an awesome vibe and ready to work
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be reliable and punctual – we depend on each other as a team
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times

What You’ll Bring

• Experienced running of FOH and staff
• Passionate about coffee
• Solid experience in a high-volume cafe 
• A sharp eye for presentation and portion consistency
• Calm, organised and clear communication under pressure
• Reliability, speed and a genuine love of quality

About the Role

• This position is 40 hours per week, working 5 days over a 7 day roster. including a weekend day. 
• Shifts will vary from 7am - 5pm to deliver top-notch coffee.
