We have an exciting opportunity to join our new Columbus Cafe at the New MEGA Pãpãmoa.
We are looking for 2 full time superstar Baristas / FOH
We are looking for passionate hospitality stars who are keen to join the team at Columbus MEGA Papamoa as the barista/FOH positions on Sun/Mon or Sat/Mon.
Our people are full of personality, work hard, and most of all enjoy coming to work in a high energy, friendly team!
The successful person will:
- Have experience working in a fast-paced cafe as a Barista
- Have pretty slick cafe and customer service skills
- Be keen and willing to learn our way of making coffee
- Love talking to customers about anything and everything
- Come in every day with an awesome vibe and ready to work
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable and punctual – we depend on each other as a team
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times
What You’ll Bring
- Passionate about coffee
- Solid experience in a high-volume cafe
- A sharp eye for presentation and portion consistency
- Calm, organised and clear communication under pressure
- Reliability, speed and a genuine love of quality
- This position is 40 hours per week, working 5 days over a 7 day roster. including a weekend day.
- Shifts will vary from 7am - 5pm to deliver top-notch coffee.
