TRADE Customer Service- Part time (Weekends)

We are looking for an allrounder, who can work the Trade Checkout and be responsible for merchandising in adjacent areas. This role has a strong Customer Service focus and you will ensure interactions with our Trade and DIY customers happen seamlessly.

The successful applicant will have;

• Be able to meet customer demands with a polite and friendly manner
• Keep a cool head during challenging situations
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
• Basic familiarity with computers and keyboard skills
• Some knowledge of building materials would be advantageous, but not necessary

Applicants must be an New Zealand citizen, resident or hold a current open work visa for New Zealand.

We are seeking candidates we can work WEEKEND days and working both Saturday and Sunday would be highly desirable (but not a requirement).  There is flexibility on the hours and days worked.  Should the successful applicant seek additional shifts there may be other opportunities to work some week days and there would also be ad hoc opportunities to fill-in as cover.
