We are seeking an experienced Weekend Chef to support our kitchen operations and consistently deliver high‑quality dishes with care and precision. As a small, close‑knit team, we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive and collaborative working culture. This role requires someone adaptable and composed, as our service can shift from quiet to busy within minutes.

What you will need for this Role:

·  Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard

·  Maintain a clean, organized kitchen

·  Manage prep, stock rotation, Compliance with food safety

·  Work efficiently during busy service periods

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a commercial kitchen a Level 4 cooking qual an advantage
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• A positive attitude and pride in your craft
• Be a team player
