Warehousing Management Position
Head of Logistics - full time (43 hours per week)
Are you a logistics leader with a passion for retail and customer satisfaction?
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Logistics to lead a team of nine across our Inwards Goods, Distribution Centre, and Delivery functions.
This role is responsible for driving best-practice processes to ensure all stock moving in and out of these areas is handled safely, securely, and with a high degree of accuracy. You will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, operational excellence, and a seamless experience for both our team and customers.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire the logistics team, focusing on accuracy, speed, and excellent customer service
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and team capability
- Ensure all stock movements are managed safely, securely, and accurately
- Manage health and safety standards, ensuring compliance across all areas
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and support the overall business performance
What you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, retail operations or transportation industry.
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills, with confidence working across multiple systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of inventory control and operational processes
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front

This is a full-time role working on a Monday to Friday roster pattern, with early morning starts. (On occasion weekend work may be required to support the Logistics Team)
