Visual Merchandise Project Specialist

Are you part project guru, part creative thinker, and love bringing ideas to life in a retail environment? We’re looking for a Visual Merchandise Project Specialist to join our Merchandise Services team and play a key role in delivering impactful in-store experiences across our network.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine project coordination, visual merchandising, and stakeholder engagement to make a real difference in how our customers experience our brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the centre of coordinating merchandise projects from concept through to implementation in-store.
Project Delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end merchandise projects — from planning through to execution
- Build and manage project timelines (critical paths), prioritising activities effectively
- Keep everyone aligned by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and communicating updates
- Work closely with teams across Merchandise, Marketing, Design, Stores, and external suppliers
- Manage risks, solve issues, and keep projects on track
- Support stores during and after project rollouts
Visual Merchandising
- Design and produce signage based on templates for in-store displays.
- Create signage and merchandising materials aligned with brand standards
- Build mock-ups and test concepts to ensure ideas translate seamlessly into stores
- Stay on top of retail trends to keep our displays fresh, competitive, and inspiring
Collaboration & Relationships
- Be the key link between Support Centre, stores, and suppliers
- Partner with internal teams to define project requirements and execution plans
- Support stores in maintaining strong merchandising standards
- Help manage in-store signage and ticketing systems across the network
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing detail with creativity.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in a project coordination or similar role
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and a process-driven mindset
- A passion for visual merchandising and retail presentation
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
