Trade Support - Mitre10 MEGA Hornby

Due to continuing growth in our trade department, we seek the services of a suitably experienced Trade Support person for this Monday to Friday role.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

• Supporting our trade order process and Trade Account Managers
• Sourcing product for our Trade Account Managers
• Producing accurate documentation for our order pick team for both internal and external customers
• Producing quotes for, and supporting, our trade and retail customers
• Ordering special order and stocked products

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong computer skills
• Building product knowledge
• Ability to manage issues, maintaining open communications and a positive approach to resolution
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven organisational skills and good time management
• A strong customer service ethos
• Punctuality, reliability and honesty as a natural trait
• Experience in similar area would be preferred with an ability to read plans and determine job quantities being an added bonus
