We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Trade Support to join our team, supporting the Sales Manager Trade. This is an opportunity to put your administration and customer service skills to the test and become an integral member of our Trade Team. Fluency in Mandarin is essential in this particular role.

Reporting to a Sales Manager Trade, your core focus will be to support our Trade Account Managers and Trade customers. This is an interesting and diverse role. For this position we are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a similar role with a strong administrative slant.
• Strong MS Office computer skills.
  
• Ability to manage issues, maintaining open communications and a positive approach to resolution.
• A desire to deliver excellence in all that you do.
• Exceptional confidentiality and discretion.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Drive and enthusiasm.
• Good time management and organisational skills; and
• A friendly and caring manner.
  

This role requires:

• Building industry knowledge.
• Mandarin speaking is essential.
• Exceptional customer focus.
• A proven sales record within the building industry.
• Well-developed time management skills.
• Good IT and process understanding.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills.

As you can see this is a diverse role that will have you involved with everyone across the store, and really utilise your organisational, administrative and people skills.

The hours for this role are 42.5h per week, Monday - Friday.
