Trade Support - Mitre 10 MEGA Hamilton
This is an opportunity to put your administration and customer service skills to the test and become an integral member of our Trade Team. We are looking for someone to assist our Trade Account Managers to help grow our trade portfolio within the Waikato.
Reporting to a Sales Manager Trade, your core focus will be to support our Trade Account Managers and Trade customers. This is an interesting and diverse role. For this position we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a strong administrative slant.
- Strong MS Office computer skills.
- Ability to manage issues, maintaining open communications and a positive approach to resolution.
- A desire to deliver excellence in all that you do.
- Exceptional confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Drive and enthusiasm.
- Good time management and organisational skills; and
- A friendly and caring manner.
- Building industry knowledge.
- Exceptional customer focus.
- A proven sales record within the building industry.
- Well-developed time management skills.
- Good IT and process understanding.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
Preferably can speak Mandarin, but this is not essential for the right applicant.
The hours for this role are 42.5h per week, Monday - Friday.
