What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into
- Supporting our Trade order process and Trade Account Managers
- Sourcing product and solutions for our trade team
- Creating accurate documentation for our order pickers
- Producing quotes and supporting both trade and retail customers
- Ordering special‑order items and managing stocked products
About You
You’re detail‑driven, switched‑on, and a natural problem solver. You’ll also bring:
- Strong computer skills
- Building product knowledge
- A positive, open approach to resolving issues
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisation and time management
- A genuine customer‑first mindset
- Reliability, punctuality, and honesty
- Experience in a similar role (bonus points if you can read plans and estimate quantities!)
