We’re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and highly driven Trade Orders Team Member to join our accelerating Trade Department. With an outgoing personality, you'll be assisting our customers to make informed decisions based on your guidance and knowledge. This is a great opportunity to showcase your experience to support our trade customers and budding DIYers.

This is a Monday to Friday - Full-time position, hours tbc at interview.

Our ideal candidate will be familiar with:

• Picking and packing of orders in both drive thru and retail space
• Organising orders and arranging delivery
• Maintaining strong communication with account managers, trade support, and customers
• Maintaining stock
• Helping customer load and unload to cars, Utes, vans, etc

You will need to be:

• Organised with calming control to manage the pressures throughout the day
• Utilising administration skills in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Positive with a 'can do' attitude
• Willing to learn, develop & grow
• Attention to detail, accuracy is key in this role
• Can work at pace to meet the needs of high customer flow and demand
• Ability to lift heavy products, this is a physically demanding position
• Hardened to unpredictable weather, being exposed to outdoor elements in the trade / drive through department
• Forklift cert with F endorsement required OR a Full NZ license and a willingness to obtain their forklift certificate
• Have a strong focus towards Health & Safety and keeping our team and customer safe
