We’re now looking for a Trade Manager to lead our high-performing Trade team and drive continued growth in this vital part of our business.

About the Role

As Trade Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a passionate Trade team.
• Building strong partner relationships with local builders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensuring smooth operations across the Trade Yard, Drive Thru, and customer service areas.
• Driving sales and margin growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.
• Managing stock levels, logistics, and health & safety compliance.

• Has proven leadership experience in a trade or retail environment with a strong emphasis on customer relationship management.
• Understands the building and construction industry.
