We are growing fast, and are on the hunt for a Team Leader based at our Mitre 10 MEGA Cambridge store.
This is a newly created role and will contribute to the overall success of the company by providing outstanding leadership to the Trade Interior Solutions team, whilst demonstrating outstanding customer service to our valued customers.
For this role we are looking for someone who has:
- Team leadership experience, ideally within the building industry
- Minimum Level One certificate in Interior Design (or similar)
- Able to work well under pressure to meet tender deadlines
- A 'can do' attitude and who is a good team player
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read construction plans and understand specifications
- An outgoing personality with a positive and friendly manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
