About the Role

As a key member of our Trade Drive Thru department, you will play an essential role in delivering outstanding service while maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient drive thru.

Reporting to the Trade Drive Thru Team Leader, is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week, across Tuesday to Saturday. (The majority of shifts are closing shifts working through till 7:00pm, so flexibility and availability during these hours are essential)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong and trusting relationships with customers
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for all timber and building products
• Embrace a “can-do” attitude with a hands-on and proactive approach to daily tasks
• Promote and maintain a strong Health & Safety mindset, contributing to a safe working environment for staff and customers
• Maintain a consistently well-organised, neat, and clean drive thru
• Perform manual handling of timber and building materials as required
• Ensure accuracy in orders and stock control with a keen eye for detail
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Proven customer service skills
• Strong product knowledge (or willingness to learn) across timber & building supplies
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive, reliable, and positive team player
• Forklift licence and F endorsement (or willingness to gain the license – we will support you)
