Knowledge of building supplies and products, as well as experience in a similar environment or in building/construction would be advantageous.

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

• Customer service focus - ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge & enthusiasm for all Timber & Building products within the trade department. 
  
• A Can-Do Attitude - embrace a 'hands on' approach & showcase a proactive attitude.
• A strong Health & Safety mindset & promote a safe working environment. 
• Maintain a consistently well-organised, neat & clean timber yard. 
• Perform manual handling of timber & other materials when necessary. 
• A keen eye for detail. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to acquire your Forklift license and F endorsement is required.

The Role:

Reporting to the Trade Yard Zone Leader these roles are 8 hours per week worked either on a Saturday or Sunday - please indicate your preference.
