As part of New Zealand's leading home improvement retailer, our Whangaparaoa team supports both DIY customers and trade professionals with great advice and outstanding service.

About the Role

An opportunity has become available in our Whangaparaoa team for a part-time Team Member working a permanent Saturday shift.

This role is best suited to someone with previous customer-facing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and can confidently assist customers and process transactions.

As part of a collaborative team, you'll provide front-of-store customer service, process transactions and contribute to a positive experience for every customer who visits our store.

Your day-to-day

• Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
• Processing customer purchases accurately
• Assisting customers with enquiries and directing them to the right products or team members
• Supporting store presentation and operational standards
• Working closely with team members to keep the store running smoothly during busy periods
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming customer experience

What You'll Bring

• Previous retail, hospitality or other customer-facing experience is required
• Availability to work every Saturday on a permanent basis is essential for this role.
• Confidence interacting with a wide range of customers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
