Our Gardens Department supports customers across a wide range of products, including plants, pots, soils, fertilisers, garden care products, seeds, landscaping products, and garden tools.

About the Role

• We are looking for a reliable team member to join our Garden Centre on a permanent basis every Monday (7 hours per week).
• This role requires broad garden product knowledge and the confidence to assist customers across garden hardware, chemicals, landscaping products, garden tools, soils, fertilisers etc.
• This is a physically active role involving regular lifting, moving stock, merchandising displays etc.
• Working in a busy retail environment, you'll assist customers, replenish stock, maintain department presentation, and help keep the Gardens area looking its best.

What We're Looking For

• This role is limited to 7 hours per week, every Monday. Applicants must be able to commit to this arrangement on an ongoing basis.
• Broad knowledge of garden hardware (power garden) and garden care solutions gained through work experience or significant hands-on experience required
• Previous nursery, landscaping, horticulture, or garden retail experience preferred
• Comfortable undertaking regular lifting and manual handling
• Ability to confidently assist customers across a diverse range of garden categories
  
• Able to work independently and remain productive throughout the day
• Strong communication skills and a practical, customer-focused approach

• This is a permanent Monday only position for 7 hours per week.
