About the Role

Our Inwards Goods team plays a crucial role in ensuring stock is received, processed, and moved efficiently throughout the store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with stock and thrives in an organized and fast-moving environment.

📍 Location: Mitre 10 Whangaparaoa – ideal for applicants based on the Hibiscus Coast or North Shore, or those comfortable with the commute
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time) – some flexibility required to assist on weekends or public holidays if needed
👤 Reporting to: Retail Leader

What You’ll Bring

📦 Warehouse & Stock Handling Experience – Proven background in inwards and outwards goods within a large-scale retail or warehouse environment
🏋️ Physical Fitness – This is an active, hands-on role requiring regular lifting and movement
🔄 Adaptability & Multitasking – Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
🚛 Licenses & Certifications – Forklift experience preferred (full driver’s license required; we can assist with forklift certification!)

Your Day-to-Day

🔹 Accurately receive, check, and store incoming goods
🔹 Plan and organise storage space for seasonal stock levels
🔹 Ensure smooth and timely transfer of goods from the warehouse to the sales floor
🔹 Process promotional stock efficiently and ensure claims are followed up as per company process
🔹 Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency
