A bit about you

Ideally the successful applicant will have:

• A passion for GREAT customer service at all times
• Experience in supervising and leading a team, or experience as a senior team member with the desire to lead
• Ability to maximise team productivity
• Ability to manage a varied and busy workload
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions
• General computer skills and understanding of administrative process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Knowledge and understanding of health & safety systems/processes
• Be physically fit as there will be prolonged walking and standing on concrete floors, manual handling and lifting 

This will be a busy role, and no two days will be the same. You will need to be adaptable, customer obsessed, collaborative, positive and passionate about maintaining a safe working environment. It is a full time role and will include one weekend day.
