Team Leader - Seasonal BBQ's, Furniture, Camping, Heating & Cooling

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, motivated, and hands-on Team Leader to take charge of our Seasonal Department at Mitre 10 MEGA Westgate.

This exciting area of our store covers BBQs, Outdoor Furniture, Camping, Heating & Cooling – all the things that turn houses into homes and backyards into gathering places. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in creating a shopping experience that’s fun, engaging, and memorable for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service every day
• Driving sales and ensuring the department is looking sharp, well-stocked, and inspirational
• Working with the Retail Manager to keep stock levels humming and inventory under control
• Building a strong, positive team culture where everyone feels valued and supported
• Taking ownership of daily operations and ensuring the department runs smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Proven retail leadership experience – you know how to inspire and bring out the best in people
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, fast-paced workload
• A friendly, approachable personality with top-notch communication skills
• A drive for results – you love hitting targets and celebrating success with your team
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping customers find exactly what they need
