We are seeking experienced and
motivated applicants to fill the role of Showroom Team Leader. This is a busy
hands-on role responsible for leading the Showroom Department and Plumbing Department, this involves
guiding and supporting the team day to day, driving towards our sales targets,
maintaining and enhancing store standards, ensuring robust process are in place
for quotes and orders, as well as being actively involved with the products we
sell, to deliver the best possible customer experience. Kitchen design knowledge would be an
advantage to assist designers as needed.
Ocassional stock control in our
offsite storage facility and being physically fit as some heavy will be required.
The ideal candidate will have
previous and proven leadership experience, ideally that experience would be in
kitchens, bathrooms, or a similar industry. You will need to possess the
following skills:
- Demonstrated ability to
lead and inspire a team.
- Exceptional
communicator
- Excellent problem
solving and decision-making skills.
- An organised approach,
proven reliability, and able to manage your time efficiently.
- A genuine passion for
customer service and leading a team.
- Is physically fit and
able to do some heavy lifting to support the team.
This role is fulltime, 40 hours per week,
Tuesday-Saturday.
