Team Leader – Fill Team Department

About the Role

Our Fill Team plays a crucial role in keeping the store running smoothly. Working across multiple departments on the retail shop floor, the team is responsible for ensuring shelves are fully stocked, surplus stock is well managed, and store presentation is maintained to a high standard.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and hands-on Team Leader to lead and support this busy department. In this role, you will guide the team day-to-day, manage rostering and training, oversee stock movement, and work closely with other departments to deliver an excellent experience for our customers.

This is a fast-paced, physical role with early morning starts, working Tuesday to Saturday (40 hours per week).

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in stock control or inventory management
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Good computer skills with high attention to detail
• A high level of physical fitness (regular lifting, ladder use, and working on your feet)
• A current Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
