About the role
We’re seeking a permanent part-time Plumbing and Bathroom Department Team Member to join our friendly, knowledgeable team.

 

Join our friendly team and help customers create spaces they'll love. Whether they're tackling a DIY repair or planning a dream bathroom renovation, you'll be there to offer expert guidance, product knowledge, and outstanding service.

You'll assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects, support sales growth, maintain high merchandising and stock standards, and contribute to a safe, welcoming, and well-presented department. If you're passionate about home improvement and enjoy connecting with people, this could be the perfect role foryou.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic team player who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions. You'll bring:

 

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales results
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer relationships
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team
• Confidence using technology, including POS systems and computer applications
• Great organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• Retail, plumbing, bathroom, or home improvement experience is a bonus, but a customer-first mindset and eagerness to learn are what matter most

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers bring their home improvement projects to life while developing their product knowledge in a dynamic retail environment.

 

Experience in retail, plumbing, bathroom, or home improvement sales is highly desirable, however candidates with hands-on plumbing or trade experience are also encouraged to apply.
