This is a dynamic and diverse role where no two days are the same. You’ll work across HR, Health & Safety and Operations functions within our store. This includes team member contracts, variations, maintaining store audits and checks, overseeing building and vehicle maintenance, working and report directly to the store owner.

 About you:

  • Proven HR experience
  • Sound understanding of NZ employment legislation
  • Confidence in maintaining accurate HRIS and employee records
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • A strong work ethic and high level of integrity
  • Advanced user in computer systems
