About the Role

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Hardware Department Team Member to join our friendly team. In this customer-focused role, you'll provide expert advice, assist customers with their projects, drive sales, maintain stock levels, and help keep the department safe, organised, and well presented.

What we’re looking for

We're seeking a retail professional with a strong customer focus, a great work ethic, and the ability to confidently assist customers with hardware products and practical project solutions. Ideally, you'll bring:

• A genuine passion for customer service and sales
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
• An interest in hardware, DIY, and home improvement products
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility
• Physical capability for manual handling, prolonged standing, and ladder use
• Awareness of Health & Safety requirements and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
