Stocktake Team Member - Mitre 10 MEGA Hamilton


Mitre 10 MEGA Hamilton is looking for a Stocktake Team member to join their team on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week. Reporting to the Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records. This involves ensuring all stock is accounted for, stock quantities are accurate & GAP Management. You will be based across both the Te Rapa and Ruakura stores.

This role is a physical, hands-on role in a busy area of the business.  Accuracy, attention to detail, planning & organisation, and communication are all essential skills for this role. 

A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not a requirement.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Knowledge of database integrity
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Assisting with stock movements/unloading
  • Excellent communication at all levels
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Physically fit – as there will be heaving lifting, prolonged standing, lifting and ladder use

The hours are 20 hours per week, ideally worked across 3 days, within Monday to Friday standard business hours.
