Stock Control Team Leader

Behind every great product on our shelves is a team making it all tick, and we’re on the hunt for a sharp-thinking, results-driven Stock Control Team Leader to head up that crucial function across our Henderson and Westgate stores.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Stock Control Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory in shape and our operations humming. This fast-paced role will see you:

• Take charge of inventory accuracy — both physical and in our systems (Pacsoft)
• Lead and coach a high-performing stock control team of up to 6 people.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement smart fixes
• Maintain and fine-tune our stock control processes
• Champion GAP management and ensure compliance across the board
• Co-ordinate and Oversee stocktake planning and execution

This role is all about precision, leadership, and making sure the right product is in the right place — every time.

What We’re Looking For:

You’ll bring the perfect mix of analytical smarts, people skills, and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, including:

• Previous experience in stock control
• Leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team
• Strong computer literacy – especially with stock systems
• Laser sharp attention to detail
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Natural problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
• Great time management and flexibility to adapt to fast-moving situations
• A Customer-first focus – even behind the scenes service matters

This role is for 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
