To excel in this role, you should bring:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling all customer needs.

• Bring retail experience and lead and support the team.

• Handling varied and dynamic workload, from daily operations to team management and leadership.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with Retail Store Manager to implement strategies for achieving sales targets and department growth.

• Use your tech-savvy skills to enhance operational efficiency.

In this role having some bathroom and plumbing experience is an advantage, however it is not essential. What we are looking for is a keen leader, who is organized, keen to lead in a busy retail environment and values great customer service.
