Opened in 2023, Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale is our newest, most modern store—purpose-built with sustainability and innovation in mind. About the Role
Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale is designed to deliver an elevated customer experience with premium product ranges and knowledgeable service. This permanent, part-time role is for Fridays and Saturdays only (16 hours/week). Please note that availability on both days is essential.

As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you’ll help customers turn their kitchen and bathroom plans into reality—offering advice on everything from vanities and tapware to benchtops and splash backs.

🔹 Set roster: Fridays and Saturdays
🔹 Based at Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale

🛁 Guide customers through our showroom and help them choose the right vanities, tapware, basins, mirrors, cabinets, appliances, and more
🎨 Support customers with design, color, and style decisions
📦 Keep displays tidy, well-stocked, and inspiring
🛠 Work with a collaborative team to deliver top-notch service

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
✅ Have a passion for design, home improvement, or renovations
✅ Enjoy helping customers find the right fit for their space
✅ Are confident discussing layout, style, and product solutions
✅ Bring previous retail or showroom experience
✅ Are available every Friday and Saturday without exception
✅ Live locally—within approximately 30km of Silverdale
