About the Role

As our Showroom Design Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our design function, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and the team.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide the highest level of service to customers, ensuring that designs and quotations are completed accurately and in a timely manner, while keeping communication clear and consistent throughout the process.

You’ll also take the lead in coordinating workflow across the design team, helping to maintain quality, efficiency, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the design process
• Coordinate the workflow of the design team to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Ensure all designs are peer reviewed before finalisation
• Manage timely completion of designs and quotations
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, including follow-ups
• Support the team with troubleshooting and customer remediation when required

What You’ll Bring

• Proven design experience ideally within a showroom, retail or related environment
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
