Service Assistant – Seasonal Department

In this role, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional customer experiences. You'll take pride in understanding our customers' needs, recommending the right products, and delivering outstanding service every time they visit. Going the extra mile isn't just something you do occasionally, it's simply part of who you are.

You'll be working across our exciting seasonal product ranges, including:

• BBQs and accessories
• Outdoor furniture
• Camping and outdoor living
• Heating and cooling solutions

This is a permanent position and requires flexibility to work a roster that includes one weekend day.

 

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from you if you have:

 

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-focused environment
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to think on your feet and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
• High energy, motivation, and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Experience in a high-volume retail or sales environment (advantageous)
• A strong work ethic with excellent reliability and attendance
• The physical capability to undertake manual handling and heavy lifting when required
