Service Assistant/Driver - Part Time

Come and join the excellent team in the Trade Yard.  We are looking for a someone who has an interest in the building industry (knowledge of the building industry is not necessary as training will be provided) and can deliver exceptional customer service both to our DIY customers and to our Tradies.  This role will also be providing cover for our delivery driver as well as performing deliveries as required. 

You will have a willingness to learn building products, materials and their applications to assist our Trade and DIY customers.  As well as understanding the importance of providing outstanding customer service each and every time to all our customers no matter what their background might be. 

This role requires a full current Class 2 driver’s licence and has the capability to drive the work vehicles as and when needed.

• Must have a full Class 2 drivers license 

Previous retail experience will be viewed very favourably. To be considered for this role you will need to have a full current Class 2 drivers license, an ‘F’ endorsement (full forklift license) would be an advantage, but not essential as Forklift training will be given.

 

This is a part time position covering 4 days per week including at least one weekend day. You will report to the Duty Manager.
