Senior SAP Pricing Lead

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior SAP Pricing Lead to join us on a 16-month fixed term contract and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our SAP programme.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the centre of business transformation, partnering across Commercial, Technology, internal implementation partners and key business stakeholders to help shape and deploy effective SAP pricing solutions.

About the role

As Senior SAP Pricing Lead, you’ll provide functional SAP pricing leadership and hands-on deployment support to enable successful programme delivery. You’ll bring strong subject matter expertise across pricing, products and promotions, helping to optimise SAP merchandising processes and ensure the business is ready for change.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide functional SAP pricing leadership across the programme, with a focus on solution design, testing, deployment and business readiness.
• Partner closely with Merchandising, Technology, EY and other business stakeholders to support SAP implementation activities.
• Contribute to the optimisation of SAP merchandising processes across products, pricing and promotions.
• Support data quality, process improvement and readiness activities aligned to key programme milestones.
• Provide subject matter expertise to help translate business requirements into practical, effective SAP pricing solutions.
• Support successful deployment by helping teams understand new ways of working, system changes and process impacts.

About you

You’ll be a strong SAP pricing specialist who is comfortable working in a complex programme environment. You’ll bring a practical, collaborative approach, strong business partnering skills and the confidence to work across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll be someone who can balance detail with delivery, contribute to robust solution design and testing, and support business teams through change with clarity and confidence.

What we’re looking for

• Strong functional SAP pricing experience, ideally within a merchandising, retail or complex product environment.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, deployment or transformation programmes.
• Good understanding of merchandising processes, including products, pricing and promotions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to partner effectively across business, technology and external delivery teams.
• Experience contributing to solution design, testing, data quality, process improvement and business readiness activities.
• A proactive, collaborative style with the ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum in a fast-paced programme environment.
