Join Our Team as a Senior Learning Experience Partner!

We're searching for a passionate Senior Learning Experience Partner to shape the capability and confidence of our teams on a 2-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll align performance needs with strategic initiatives and develop impactful learning solutions across Mitre 10’s national support centre, members, and stores.

Reporting to our Learning Manager, the role will focus on:

• Work with the LX team, Programme One team and store leadership to communicate the learning implementation strategy for store deployment
• Develop and refine Programme One learning experiences and performance support materials which are fit for purpose for business, performance and learner requirements.
• Be the lead facilitator for face-to-face and virtual learning experiences across each store deployment to engage our people and meet the learning outcomes.
• Connect our people with shared expertise, challenges and interests to create a learning ecosystem.
• Define, measure and report on learning impact in relation to our performance standards and Mitre10 strategy.
• You will also be expected to travel around New Zealand for the role.

To be successful you’ll have:

• Experience in designing learning solutions for diverse audiences
• Working knowledge of online learning tools and experience with face to face and/or virtual facilitation
• Experience with Chameleon/ Articulate/ Captivate is preferred, but not essential
• Experience with SEN (SAP Enable Now) is essential
