Join Our Team as a Senior Learning Experience Partner!

We're searching for a passionate Senior Learning Experience Partner to shape the capability and confidence of our teams. In this role, you'll align performance needs with strategic initiatives and develop impactful learning solutions across Mitre 10’s national support centre, members, and stores.

Reporting to our Learning Manager, the role will focus on:

• Developing and refining Programme One learning experiences and performance support materials which are fit for purpose for business, performance and learner requirements.
• Developing and optimising WalkMe solutions and in-app guidance to support user adoption and performance at the point of need.
• Working collaboratively with technology and transformation teams to embed learning and digital adoption activities into project delivery plans and system releases.
• Analysing user behaviours, adoption data and feedback to continuously improve WalkMe experiences and identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce user errors and improve productivity.
• Facilitating face-to-face and virtual learning experiences, as needed, to engage our people and meet the learning outcomes.
• Defining, measuring and reporting on learning impact in relation to our performance standards and Mitre10 strategy.
  

To be successful you’ll have:

• Experience in designing learning solutions for diverse audiences
• Working knowledge of online learning tools and experience with face to face and/or virtual facilitation
• Proficiency with learning design and content development tools such as Enable Now, WalkMe, Articulate 360, Chameleon or equivalent platforms.
