About the Role:

This role plays a critical part in reducing loss, safeguarding our inventory, and maintaining a safe environment for customers and team members. You will work across the store to identify risks, prevent theft, support investigations, and promote best practices in asset protection.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in retail security, loss prevention, or asset protection
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High levels of integrity, situational awareness, and professionalism
• A current NZ Driver’s Licence
• Good physical fitness
• Confidence using Microsoft Office; CCTV experience is an advantage
• A calm and confident approach when managing incidents or engaging with customers

About the Position

• Henderson: 40 Hours (Tuesday - Saturday)

This is a frontline retail environment, so flexibility is essential. You will be rostered across store trading hours and will work at least one weekend day.
