A bit about the role…

We’re on the lookout for two enthusiastic Seasonal Team Members. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be helping customers bring their homes and outdoor spaces to life — whether that’s finding the perfect BBQ, heating solution, outdoor furniture, or seasonal garden products.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering exceptional in-store and after-sales customer service
• Assisting customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
• Maintaining stock integrity and eye-catching merchandising
• Building product knowledge to better support our customers
• Supporting general store operations as part of a wider team

What we’re looking for…

We’re seeking motivated, reliable team players who enjoy working with people and take pride in their work. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• A genuine passion for customer service and sales
• A strong work ethic with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility
• Physical capability for manual handling, prolonged standing, and ladder use
• A good understanding of Health & Safety practices

We have two roles available:

• Role 1: Tuesday – Saturday (40 hours per week)
• Rose 2: Sunday – Monday & Wednesday – Thursday (31.5 hours per week)
