About the role

We’re seeking a Permanent part-time team member to join our friendly, knowledgeable team in the Seasonal Department, where you'll help customers create and enjoy their outdoor living spaces. From BBQs and outdoor furniture to gardening essentials and seasonal products, no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Enjoys helping customers find the right products for their outdoor living, gardening, and entertaining needs
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive and energetic team
• Has excellent time management and organisational skills
• Is adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy retail environment
• Has strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Is physically fit, as the role involves lifting, moving, displaying, and merchandising stock
• Takes pride in creating attractive product displays and maintaining a well-presented department
• Can confidently read and follow instructions when assembling outdoor furniture, BBQs, and other display products
• Has an interest in outdoor living, BBQs, gardening, or home improvement products

Previous retail experience and/or knowledge of outdoor living, BBQs, gardening, or seasonal products would be highly advantageous. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to help bring our customers' outdoor projects to life.
