Reporting to the Home & Garden Zone Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our Seasonal Departments — Outdoor & Camping, Homewares, and Heating & Cooling — ensuring the team is supported and operations run smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Seasonal departments are well presented, efficiently run, and consistently maintained to a high standard
• Put customers first, delivering the high level of service Mitre 10 is known for
• Support and supervise team members, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload
• Retail experience (hardware knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
