SAP Support Analyst

We’re on the lookout for an SAP Support Analyst to join our Digital & Strategy team and play a key role in supporting and optimising our SAP environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with the business, and making a real impact through systems and process improvement.

What you’ll be doing

As our SAP Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to for ensuring our SAP systems run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll work across both technical and functional teams to support users and continuously improve how we use SAP.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first and second-line support, resolving incidents and troubleshooting issues
  • Supporting end users with guidance, training and best practice
  • Maintaining data accuracy, managing uploads, and delivering reporting and insights
  • Monitoring system performance and proactively addressing any issues
  • Partnering with the business to identify and implement improvements and automation
  • Supporting testing, upgrades and system enhancements
  • Creating and maintaining system documentation and user guides

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

You’ll ideally have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in SAP support or a similar IT role
  • Solid experience working with SAP ERP (exposure to SAP HANA a bonus)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with reporting tools, with knowledge of ABAP or SQL an advantage
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and supporting end users
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM or SD and familiarity with incident or change management processes will be highly regarded.
