Sales Team Members - Part-time - Various Departments

Our Napier and Hastings stores are proudly 100% locally owned and operated by the Ricketts family, trusted in the Bay since 1961. From humble beginnings in Taradale, we’ve grown into one of the largest retail businesses in the region, employing over 250 amazing locals.

We’re currently looking for Part-Time Team Members to join us across a variety of departments.

Inside Garden/Housewares – 16 hours per week, Friday and Saturday

Seasonal (Furniture, BBQ’s, Heating) – 16 hours per week, Friday and Saturday

Bathrooms/Plumbing – 24 hours per week – Thursday, Friday and Saturday

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• Previous customer service experience (a bonus, but not essential)

Role Details

• Reporting to the Department Team Leader.
• Part time, working to a roster which will include working one day a weekend.
