As part of the Riviera Hardware Holdings group, owner of Mitre 10 Mega Albany, Warkworth, New Lynn & Whangaparaoa, this is an opportunity to join a fast growing company striving for excellence. Mitre10 MEGA Albany store is expanding and therefore we are looking to recruit more team members. This is your chance to put your excellent customer service skills to work and become a part of our fun and successful team at Mitre10 MEGA Albany. 

We are looking for both part time and full time applicants that have experience in retail and/ or in the following area:

  • Checkouts
  • Greeter
  • Seasonal (Outdoor Furniture/ BBQ/ Heaters/ Fans/ Camping etc.)
  • Hardware
  • Bathrooms
  • Housewares

Part of this success is the great customer service we provide, so we would be really keen to hear from you if you have our passion for ensuring our customers get the right product and an exceptional level of service every time they walk through our doors – going the extra mile will be the norm for you. 

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

·  Enthusiasm and team spirit;

·  Prior experience in retail;

·  A passion for customer service excellence;

·  Good time management; 

·  A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible

·  Willingness to learn; and

·  Excellent communication skills. 

The hours for these roles are full time and part time and the hours will be determined by roster that will include one weekend day per week.
