Mitre 10 MEGA Queenstown is seeking a full-time salesperson
for our Showroom Department.
Our showroom spaces showcase a wide range of products
designed to inspire. Your role will be to engage with customers, understand
their needs, and present practical, creative solutions that suit their project,
budget, and style.
The key to all of this is listening to our customers’
requirements and presenting the right solutions regardless of the project on
hand.
For
this position, we are looking for someone who has:
- Drive and enthusiasm
with an absolute passion for customer service excellence.
- The ability to think laterally, identify solutions, and
be creative.
- Ability to cope with time-sensitive tasks and working
under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable
manner.
- The willingness to learn.
Physically fit as there will be heavy lifting, prolonged
standing, and ladder use.
Experience in a similar environment is desirable, however,
excellent customer service and sales skills are the key to being successful in
this role.
