Part-Time Plumbing & Bathrooms Team Member

Mitre 10 MEGA Ferrymead is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join our busy Plumbing & Bathrooms Department.

Position: Part-Time Plumbing & Bathrooms Team Member

Hours: 24 hours per week

Rostered Hours:

• Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
• Some flexibility to cover annual leave & sickness

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced department where you'll assist customers with their plumbing and bathroom projects, provide product advice, and help maintain a well-presented and organised department.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in plumbing, bathrooms, hardware, or retail sales is preferred
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and able to thrive in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with product selection and advice
• Maintaining stock levels and merchandising displays
• Processing sales and customer orders
• Ensuring the department is clean, organised, and well presented
• Working closely with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
