Retail Team Member - Power Tools Department

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our Power Tools Department.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong selling skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Communicates confidently and works well within a team.
• Has knowledge or interest in power tools and related products.
• Can manage physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying medium to heavy items.
• Takes pride in maintaining in-store presentation, including stock displays, point-of-sale setups and general standards.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a busy workload effectively.
• Is confident using computers for stock inquiries and inventory adjustments.
• Is organized, proactive, and brings fresh ideas to the team.
• Previous experience in a Power Tools retail setting is a bonus – but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Additional Information:

• The store is open 7 days a week, and your roster will include weekend shifts.
• You will be reporting directly to our Retail Manager.
• Only applicants currently living in New Zealand with full work rights will be considered.
