Retail Team Member - Paints Department

If you're passionate about transforming spaces with color, our Paint department is where you belong. From paints and stains to oils and accessories, this department has everything needed for a successful painting project—and your knowledge and enthusiasm in this area will be key to your success.

We are looking for someone with:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with effective selling skills.
• Offer expert advice on paint types, finishes, and color matching.
• Assist customers in selecting products for both interior and exterior projects.
• Manage stock levels and maintain eye-catching displays and promotions.
• Provide guidance on primers, sealers, and specialty coatings.
• Support both DIYers and tradies with technical product knowledge.
• Operate color tinting systems and help customers find the perfect shade.
• Physically fit as lifting and merchandising products is part of this role: full paint buckets can be quite heavy. 

This is a full-time, fixed-term role for 6 months to support our busy peak season. Weekend availability is required, with the specific roster to be discussed during the interview.
