Join Our Team as a Retail Showrooms 2IC!

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced individual to step into the role of Second-In-Charge (2IC) in our Retail Showrooms team. Reporting directly to the Retail Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the department—leading by example in customer service and team support.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customers remain our top priority.
• Supporting a positive team culture and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with local installers to ensure trusted project outcomes and lasting partnerships.
• Contributing to the overall success of the store by actively supporting company initiatives.

Essential Experience:

• Previous retail sales experience is required.
• Flooring product knowledge is essential.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A thorough understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
