PART-TIME PERMANENT ROLES

Mitre 10 continues to dominate the NZ DIY retail market through both its market share and number of stores throughout the country – and you can be part of our continuing success by joining the local team here at Mitre 10 MEGA Invercargill, our vision is to provide outstanding customer service and great value products to our customers.

We have the following part time positions available:

Outdoor Furniture/Heating Department Team Member

• 24 hours per week
• Sunday, Monday & Tuesday roster pattern
  

Paint Department Team Member

• 16 hours per week
• Sunday & Monday roster pattern

These roles are busy and hands-on, with the primary focus of providing outstanding customer service and supporting the day-to-day running of the department, which can include restocking shelves, merchandising and assembling products. We are looking for candidates with a passion for customer service and previous knowledge in these areas and the products that we sell.

We are looking for candidates with:

• A commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail experience and knowledge in the above departments and the products they sell would be an advantage
• A good level of physical fitness as these roles involve walking and standing on concrete floors, manual handling and ladder use.
