👥 About the Role

We have a few full-time roles available in the store across Trade, Retail and Admin. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, sales driven, hands-on environment where product knowledge, presentation, teamwork, and customer focus matter. 

 👉 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance
• Support day-to-day operations including merchandising, stock replenishment and pricing
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Passion for customer service and creating a positive in-store experience
• Interest or knowledge in hardware, DIY or home improvement products
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn and continuously build product knowledge
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, flexibility to climb ladders and move heavy goods around, is important
• Available full-time and able to work on weekends
