About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on Retail Manager role
reporting to the Store Manager, with responsibility across multiple departments
and a large frontline team. You’ll be accountable for driving performance
across the shop floor — leading leaders, lifting capability, and ensuring a
consistent, high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’re not stepping into something fully set — you’ll be part of refining how the store runs day-to-day, bringing structure, pace, and follow-through to a team that’s continuing to evolve. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the action, leading from the front, and taking ownership.

Your Day-to-Day
Weekends and peak trading periods are where this
role really comes to life — leading from the front, making decisions quickly,
and keeping the store running smoothly.
No two days are the same, but you can expect to:
- Lead, coach, and support a large team across multiple departments
- Drive customer experience standards and service consistency
- Monitor sales, labour, and performance metrics
- Work closely with department leaders to lift capability and results
- Support rostering, staffing, and operational planning
- Step in where needed — especially during peak trade
